Manish is the Founder and chief strategist at Samssara. Prior to his presence in India, Manish was a quantitative equity trader in Tokyo, with Merrill Lynch Prop Desk for over 4 Years where he played a vital role in development and implementation of various profitable factor models and trading models. Manish has worked closely with more then 5 Indian broker shops and numerous international banks in algorithmic trading, high frequency trading, statistical arbitrage, quantitative modeling, back testing, programming, statistical analysis and risk handling. Manish is a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Bombay in Mechanical Engineering.
Divyesh Aghera
Director, Head - Products & Technology
Divyesh leads strategies development at Samssara. He has more than 8 years of trading and software development experience in indian market and has been developing medium frequency trading strategies for Indian and Global Markets. He specializes in the development of automated quantitative trading strategies and API connectivities across all the major domestic and international platforms. He also integrates latest technologies with companies core product to make it work seamlessly. He is a B.Tech in Information Technology.
Aakash Parikh
Director - Operations & Business Development
Aakash has been instrumental in bringing new businesses to Samssara and on-boarded many institutional and HNI businesses. He also drives all the major operations for domestic and international businesses. He looks after to overall monitoring and growth of non-institutional businesses. He offers solid support to the entire team with regards to guidance, setting goal and delivering high quality and responsive service to all the stakeholders. Aakash persued B.Tech in Information Technology.
Nikita Sharma
Director, Head - Technology & Operation
Nikita leads the operation vertical at Samssara. This includes duties related to strategic planning, implementation and execution. She is responsible for process reengineering and automation to ensure efficient operation, risk mitigation and reduce manual dependency. She is also responsible for developing backtesting frameworks and optimizing the trading strategies. Nikita has graduated in physics from St. Xavier's college and masters from Manipal University while also being involved in a research work at India Statistical Institute.
Prakash Malani
VP, Software Specialist
Prakash is a Software Designer at Samssara with deep expertise in Java-based systems engineering. He focuses on architecting robust, scalable backend solutions while maintaining high standards of code quality across the organization’s codebase. His core responsibilities span the design and implementation of API integrations, rigorous code maintenance and refactoring, and proactive system diagnostics to ensure high availability and uninterrupted service delivery. Prakash brings a reliability-first mindset to every layer of the stack — from integration design to runtime stability. Prakash is a Bachelor in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
Sidharth Goenka
VP, Quant Specialist
Sidharth contributes to the design and implementation of advanced financial models for high-frequency algorithmic trading at Samssara, operating at the critical intersection of quantitative research and technical execution. With a strong foundation in technology and analytics, he actively support strategy optimization, data-driven decision-making, and system efficiency. By bridging complex mathematical theory with scalable software solutions, he ensures robust model performance and execution efficiency. Sidharth holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Manipal University Jaipur.
